Check-in
SUMMER: Check-in is from 2PM to 6 PM Earlier check-in is possible according to current hotel availability. In case of later check-in, please contact us.
WINTER: IMPORTANT! In the winter months we transport guests From St. Peter between 4PM to 6PM to the pension by snowmobile. Other times must be arranged in advance.
Check-out
SUMMER: Check-out is until 10 AM. Later check-out is possible according to the current occupancy of the hotel. There may be a charge for this service.
WINTER: Between 10 AM – 12 AM we take guests back by snowmobile and car to the parking place .
Restaurant
The restaurant is available to guests of the pension from 8AM to 10 AM and from 11AM to 10 PM. You can have your consumption charged to the hotel bill in the restaurant, which you can pay the evening before departure, or during your stay. Your stay includes breakfast only, but you can use the restaurant for lunch and dinner or just sit with a drink.
Pets
Pets (dog, cat) are welcome under the supervision of their owner. Restrictions apply only to restaurant and sauna areas where dogs are not allowed. The owner is responsible for damages caused by the pet and the pension reserves the right to compensation. Surcharge for pets is 250 CZK / day.
Wellness
Private sauna, which can be used from 4 PM to 9 PM. The price for two people for 55 minutes is 500 CZK. Reservations are made on the spot at the reception in the booking form.
GoPass
Before arrival, make sure to purchase a ski pass (more at www.gopass.cz). When purchasing ski passes in advance, the ski pass is significantly cheaper. Prices depend on the date of purchase, number of days and persons/age.
Parking
SUMMER: Parking is available free of charge at the hotel.
WINTER: Parking in a reserved place according to the instructions.
a Surcharge for accommodation
The rest of the stay is paid on arrival including Recreation tax (40 CZK per a day and person. If you use the sauna during your stay, you will be paid at the reception upon departure.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is free throughout the building.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7.30AM to 9:30 AM (winter) or from 8 AM to 9:30 AM(summer). You can look forward to a breakfast buffet (hot, cold, pastries, drinks).
Baby cot
An extra bed is available for a fee of CZK 150/ night. Must be booked before arrival. Only some rooms have the possibility of adding an extra bed.
Smoking
Our hotel is non-smoking. Dedicated smoking areas are outdoors.
